My neighbor and I needed to have our driveways repaved. I contacted several companies to get quotes. They were very hit or miss in terms of getting back to us and pricing. However, Kelvin at Tejada paving arrived quickly to provide an estimate and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We decided to use them for our job. They came a few weeks later and the results are above our expectations. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. Highly recommended!

Just had Tejada’s Paving out to asphalt our gravel driveway and it was a phenomenal experience. Worked with Kelvin on the estimate. Very responsive, helpful suggestions, listened well, everything you’d want in a contractor, but seldom receive. They communicated well through some weather related delays and completed the work in less than a day. The driveway looks tremendous and the landscaping and grading around it was perfect. They even hauled and spread the extra gravel on a neighbors driveway. Can’t recommend Tejada highly enough!

They replaced our driveway in one day, including digging out the old one, putting in a new base well compacted and rolled and then put in the new one. Again, all in one day. Beautiful work and a great crew who all worked through the day, including the manager. They also installed a new drain to help keep water from the garage and a berm to help keep soil off the new drive. Could not be happier! Would recommend them.

I found these guys on Google with their stellar reviews. Put our job out to bid to 5 different companies so we did our homework. Our driveway is quite a beast. Super steep and was in really bad shape when we moved in last year. Tejada's was the most professional and knowledgeable at initial consultation. They also were more reasonably priced than the other quotes. On the day they came out, I left for work right before they showed up. When i came back 6 hours later, we had a spectacular new driveway. They even built up a little hand tamped bump and lined up all our little stones that had washed away by rain over the years. HIGHLY recommend these folks for all your driveway paving needs.

We had a poor driveway installed by a different company. They refunded 1/2 our cost but we were left with a bad product. Tejada Paving has done other work in or community and was recommended by a neighbor. We asked Tejada to come out and see if they felt they could do a better job. Kelvin was very professional and explained what they would do to improve the driveway. The crew was fantastic!! Kelvin and his Father (the owner) came out to supervise and make sure all our concerns were taken care of. We now have a good looking functional driveway. My thanks to Tejada for the outstanding effort.

I rarely post reviews of any type to social media, but feel that the excellent experience we had with Tejada's deserves special recognition. This small family-owned business did a wonderful job of repaving our driveway and adding an asphalt walkway extension from the driveway to our rear deck. Starting with our initial phone contact, Kelvin met with us to see our property, discussed various options for renovations and additions to the driveway, made very helpful suggestions for the layout, and provided competitive quotes for the work. After signing a contract, Kelvin and his crew performed the work as scheduled in an efficient and highly skilled manner within a single day. The team was very easy to interact with and the end result was outstanding, with care and attention to detail evidenced throughout. We are happy to recommend Tejada's for any asphalt paving projects.

First rate family run business. They were professional through every step of the process from offering an estimate to discussing options and completing the job. I could not be happier with the amazing work this company performed on my driveway - just wow! From the very first meeting to the last, the level of professionalism shown by them was amazing! The driveway came out looking STUNNING! The even repaired a sunken area leading into the garage and the entire driveway, for the first time ever, is leveled and looking super beautiful and strong! I also love the fact that this is a father and son business which makes me proud to support because they are that amazing and dedicated. They scheduled the work at a convenient time, came to the house on time, did an amazing job, processed the payment without issue and left me with a smile on my face. I rarely meet companies with this level of professionalism - it was easy. I met with 4 other different companies and I'm glad we picked up - their price was right and they were superb, throughout the entire experience - THANK YOU!UPDATE: A year later I called them to seal the driveway. Price offered was twice of competitors. Nonetheless, because of prior work, decided to go with it. First appointment, they didn’t show up. Tejada's Paving completely installed a new driveway at our home and did an excellent job! We have about a 200' long driveway. They removed the old driveway & prepared the old underlying area for the new laying of asphalt. Once they started laying the asphalt , they repeatedly were tamping and heavy rolling the new asphalt for compaction.The edges were tamped as well. Also while some other estimates came with 2 1/2" of compaction, Tejada Paving provided 3" of asphalt. Along the way communication with Kelvin was excellent as well. They did all the work in one day, start to finish. We would recommend Tejada's Paving for anyone needing driveway work.

A great family owned business! I received 5 quotes for our residential driveway. Everyone wanted to only remove and skim and only topcoat builder underlayment.Tejada Paving recommended that we completely replace the driveway. The difference in top-coating from another company vs complete replacement was only $600 more.We are very happy that we found this company! They are very patient, quick to reply, and are genuinely good people with a great company! This is a one stop shop.

I’ve used Tejada Paving twice. Once to do compacted millings down a long farm drive and a second time to pave my driveway. Honestly I’m not sure what I like more; the great communication, that fact that father and son work together, the great price, the progress pictures. I respect quality and hard work and when I meet and see people work and communicate exceptionally well I stand by and recommend their work. Tejada Paving LLC - they are the best priced, professional and communicate clearly. I won’t use anyone else for my driveway. You shouldn’t either!

Tejada’s Paving was recommended by a neighbor, who had Tejada’s pave his driveway. Tejada’s came over promptly and give us an oral estimate for the work we needed to be done. During the estimation process, Tejada’s made some helpful additional suggestions to our original plan. Tejada’s followed up with a written contract including the amount of the oral estimate. We accepted the terms of our contract, and as promised, Tejada’s arrived at the promised time twelve days later to re-pave our driveway. The paving was to their specifications and timely. The employees and foremen were polite, professional and focused. I can't say enough about Tejada Paving.The professionalism and skill is remarkable.After numerous estimates, prices and repair recommendations I had the pleasure of meeting with Rudis and Kelvin.They were honest, straightforward and confident they could craft a beautiful new driveway to replace my 50+ year old one.The price quote was excellent.Within a few days the crew arrived with Rudis and Kelvin on site and replaced the old driveway with the correct grade and drainage solution.They stacked the old pavers that they removed and hauled everything away.I highly recommend if you are looking for paving work to be great quality at a reasonable price.

If you have been thinking about a new driveway, this is the company to call. They first dug out the old driveway including the old stone base. They next installed a new gravel base that was then covered with asphalt and compressed. A father and son business with a hard working, knowledgeable crew did the whole job in one day. Our driveway was 20+ years old with some major cracks and a horrible swale intentionally created by another paving crew to divert water away from the garage. Stop looking and hire them. This father-son duo and their team were great. From the first visit, they offered great advice and were open to discussing all options for our driveway, which was on its last leg (due to root damage and age). We got several quotes, and they were somewhere in the middle, but the experience of dealing with them was far above the rest. One of the best decisions we've made since moving into our house is going with Tejada for our driveway replacement.Good communication, incredibly thorough, competitively priced, and family-run business. Happy to support a company that prides itself on good work, being on time, and paying attention to details.We had a wicked bad old driveway (as seen in the zoom shot) that was years past needing replacement. They demo'd it, added more base, and when putting down the new asphalt, ensured all edges were tamped hard. I don't normally do reviews, but Tejada's Paving deserves a great one! From start to finish, this father-son team and their crew was fantastic, and the price more than reasonable. The attention to detail on getting everything just right with our expanded driveway + their efficiency to get it done (but done right) was wonderful. Ours was not a big job per se, but they treated it as if it were, and I appreciated that. In this day and age it seems difficult to find companies who care about doing things right for the customer, but this company does- what a difference that makes! Fantastic work. Our driveway was in need of being replaced after we had an addition put on the house. The existing asphalt was, understandably, cracked from all the heavy machinery used to build the home addition. These guys ripped the old driveway out, and laid an entirely new driveway that looks far better than it ever was before. They also added drainage around it, trying our downspouts to a drainage system and digging a dry well to the side of the driveway to catch all the water coming down our hill and the grading from the neighbor's house. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Rudis and Kelvin, the father-son team behind the magic that is Tejada's Paving.First, I must have interviewed 7 paving companies before selecting Tejada's.From the first meeting I was impressed. They were on time and seriously discussed my driveway issues offering various thoughtful solutions to my water drainage problems.They measured and immediately revealed their estimate which was fair and then followed up with a more detailed written estimate which explained the type/grade of materials such as asphalt and gravel/stone to be used in our project and what specifics it entailed such as; breaking up and removing old asphalt, grading away from the house, adding a berm to help divert water, etc.It's Autumn, and I was amazed at their ability to keep leaves off the hot asphalt as they came well prepared with blowers, a saw for roots (we're in the woods).Another plus, they own their equipment, thus there is no up-charge for rental of equipment. Their equipment arsenal is amazing with well maintained machines from dump trucks, to lifts, to rollers, asphalt spreader. For our project, a crew of 5 worked tirelessly, without breaks to create our masterpiece. It truly turned out beautifully! It's obvious they work as a team (father, son, nephew, Rafael and Carlos their truck driver - all wonderful, smart, hard-working people) and understand their roles in creating a successful final project.Working with hot asphalt to get the proper angles, thickness and aesthetic look, it required attention to detail and quick work to manipulate the asphalt while still hot and pliable. Really fun to watch them in action and their incredible teamwork.I highly recommend this team of professionals. Kelvin has a way with people. Like father, like son. This father-son team is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. They convinced me the best option/solution to refresh my relatively long driveway with many cracks. Mr. Tejada, his son and his team did an excellent job on resurfacing my driveway. They were very responsive in contacting me back and provided me a detailed quote with pictures. After answering all my questions about resurfacing it was apparent to me they are experts in the field. On the day of the resurfacing they showed up early with a full crew to complete the work. Tajeda’s paving crew did a great job in our driveway by removing the old asphalt, leveling the driveway surface, and applying new 3.5 inch thick asphalt within a few hours. Tejada's Paving listened to what we wanted by completely replacing our existing asphalt driveway. They completed this job the right way and made sure we won't experience some of the same issues we had before with the asphalt pulling away from the concrete near the garage. They were careful and made sure they didn't cut the invisible fence wire that ran under the existing driveway or disturb some irrigation sprinkler heads that we were not sure where they were located. They know what they are doing and did a good job.

Tejada's Paving did a fantastic job on completely repaving my driveway that was in bad shape! This father and son company was extremely professional, attentive to detail, and thorough from estimate to completion! They even pulled up garage cement and deep tree roots that had caused my prior driveway to pit and crack. Their team also saved me money by installing the invisible pet fence line under the driveway for me so it would not need to be replaced. I found Tejada’s paving through its top rating google review and its proved to be a truly correct decision. The team did a fantastic job repaving my driveway! It was a professional experience from the beginning when Kelvin and Rud came to estimate. The team always on time and responsive. On the day of work they found a fairly big rock buried underneath my driveway which could cause cracks in long term, Rud well explained the issue and took extra effort removing it. They also helped patching cracks at our pipestem. I value their quality of work and highly recommend the company.

Tejada’s was wonderful! I called on a Friday evening to inquire about paving and they came out the next day for an estimate, in the rain! Very sweet & knowledgeable father & son. The crew showed up on paving day early and ready to work. We needed the driveway widened, culvert extended & culvert tube replaced. Tejada’s did an excellent job! We are so happy with how the driveway looks! They were very professional when it came to clean up too. The street got a little muddy from all the work done - they hosed it down & left everything the way it was prior to the work being done. They thought of the little things! Can’t recommend them more! If you’re on the fence, go for it. You won’t be disappointed with Tejada’s!

I chose Tejada's Paving based on other positive reviews. The father and son team who own the company showed up when they said they would to evaluate my driveway. It was determined (and not a surprise) that the driveway needed replaced. The estimate for the work was reasonable and I elected to go forward with the repair. They communicated regularly with me by text to set the date of repair and confirm plans as the date approached. Within two weeks the owner and his team were on-site to replace the driveway. It was done in one afternoon. The job site was kept clean during the repair, and after they left there was no waste or debris left behind in the yard or or the street. The finished looks great and it was obvious that they took pride in the workmanship. I plan to use them again when it is time to sealcoat the driveway.

We had a French drain installed on the perimeter of our house to prevent water from flowing from the neighbors’ yards on the side and back of our house. The project was pretty extensive with almost 500 linear feet of digging a tench and installing perforated piping and many tons of gravel. The Tejada’s and crew worked diligently for two days (as promised) to complete this massive undertaking. There were hurdles along the way with many large rocks and stumps, some in inconspicuous and hard to reach places, but the crew was persistent and persevered to successfully complete the project. We are extremely grateful for Tejada and crew for remediating our major drainage problems. We would highly recommend Tejada’s for your drainage needs. Father and Son are extremely talented, not only in their craft, but also communication. Everything was smooth start to finish.
